1. In honour of a giant of joy, the first is this short but sweet moment with David Hockney, who we just so sadly lost.
Project Hail Mary. I don’t like space films, never have. Sci-fi is not my bag (even though I love how much joy people get from it) but Ryan Gosling was very funny in this, it’s such silly, wholesome, heart-wrenching fun… even if I didn’t quite love the ending. Go and see it for escapism and tell me what you think about the ending!
The Dogs Were Good Again podcast is by weratedogs (which you definitely probably already follow). It’s a video pod where rescue dogs are spotlighted and dog stories are a plenty which means we get to meet all different types of dogs and see how funny they are in the studio. It’s wholesome, educational and it doesn’t shy away from the politics too, which – SURPRISE – I love.
